    • The applied rates are valid from May 1, 2023, to April 30, 2024. 

    • Reservations for tourist services are subject to availability. 

    • For reservations of private activities or groups, inquire about special pricing at tours@neyen.cl 

    • If a reservation is made, it must be confirmed by Neyen via email or phone. 

    • Any modification to the reservation (number of passengers, change of time, or date change) must be communicated at least 12 hours in advance and is subject to availability and confirmation. 

    • Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid service charges. A reservation is considered canceled only after receiving written confirmation of cancellation from the Neyen team. 

    • Service cancellations should be communicated to the following email: tours@neyen.cl 

    • Reservation times must be respected to ensure good service. Tourists should arrive at least 5 minutes before the tour departure. 

    • Minors under 18 years old will be exempt from payment on the tour (entry to our facilities is allowed, but the tasting is not included). 

    • In case Viña Neyen closes on a specific date, it will be informed in advance. 

    • Neyen Tourism hours of operation: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm from Monday to Sunday.
